Now that Finlee can sit up and control herself, bathtime is done at one time for the both of them! There is lots of splashing, laughing, playing, water spitting, etc. They have the best time! Finlee loves her big brother(most of the time) and the feeling is reciprocal from Ford. Bath time is a hoot!

Easter 2009

We had a wonderful Easter! Ford loved having the Easter egg hunt! He loved finding the eggs. Our Easter Bunny just hid ourregular eggs we painted, but the "Easter Bunny" at Nanny's hid treasur eggs and he loved that!! Below are all pictures of Easter events. Playdate in Charlotte!!

While we were in Charlotte, we got to have a wonderful playdate! I met Janice through Haley during her bachelorette party. We got to talking and found out that we were probably destined to be friends!!!!! We have almost everything in common! She has two little girls, Mckenna and Aubrey! They are precious!!! Ford and Mckenna were both due on May 11. As it turns out we both had them on May 17th, by a emergency c-section within 5 minutes of eachother!!! What a coincidence!!! Anyways, she is a great friend and I was thrilled we were able to get the kids together!! We secretly plan to have Ford and Mckenna get married one day!!

Visiting Haley in Charlotte...

We went and visited one of my best friends, Haley in Charlotte this week. She had her baby girl Kennedy January 31st. I have not had a chance to get up there so this was perfect! The kids and I loaded up the car Sunday afternoon and off we went. The ride there was pretty uneventful. WE dtopped for lunch and luckily Finlee slept most of the way! The way home was another story. Finlee screamed for the beginning. We ended up stopping at an outlet mall for an hour to let them out of the car. That worked out because the rest of the trip they both conked out. A three hour drive took us 5 and a half on the way home, but we made it safely! We had a great time visiting Haley! I think Ford may have had a tiny crush on her!!!
