Life with two.....

Things have been good but a little hectic. We are still adjusting to two and still trying to get all the sickness out of the house. Jolee has now gotten it but hopefully it is gone. He is better today. Finlee is great. She is nursing great and has pretty good sleeping habits!!! She has had to go back to the hospital and the doctor a lot this past week for her weight loss and jaundice levels. She has gained the weight back and is clear of jaundice. I am so glad. She is so precious. Ford climbed in our bed this morning and looked at her and said: "Mommy, Finlee is bootiful!!" It was the sweetest thing ever. He is really starting to get interested in her as he is starting to feel better. Here are some recent pictures!!

Finlee Grace is here!!

Finlee Grace arrived Thursday, July 17th at 12:15 pm. It was an eventful arrival. Wednesday night Ford woke up throwing up at four in the morning. He finally stopped around 6 and went back to sleep. He woke up fine. We got ready and dropped him off at the sitter and checked into the hospital. At 10:00 we get a call and he had thrown up again a lot. We called the doctor and they suggested that he be seen. So he had an appointment at 10:50, and my surgery was at noon. Jolee quickly took him took the doctor and my aunt met him. My grandma stayed with me through the epidural and all. Finally Jolee got back at 11:30, got in his scrubs and off we went. Finlee was born right after. What a whirlwind. Ford stayed sick while we were in the hospital and still has the bug a little. He is very excited about his sister. He just watches her. It is very cute!!! I think once he feels better he will be more interested. All in all we are great!! Finlee is perfect and we are so blessed with two beautiful children!!!

Ford's first Braves Game

We went to the Braves game today versus the Astros. There was a two hour rain delay, but we eventually got to see some of the game. Ford was a trooper!!! He really enjoyed the hotdogs!!
