The Gwinnett County Fair!

We took Ford to the fair last night!! He has a blast. We rode a couple of rides, went in the petting zoo, and he had a pony ride. He was in sensory overload with all the lights and people. He absolutely loved it. Here are a few pictures.

Busy!!

We are staying busy!!! This past weekend Jolee and I went to a wedding on Jekyll Island and Ford stayed with Granny and Papa. We had a blast! We missed our little guy lots and lots. He is doing great. He goes full blast 24/7. He only is still when he is asleep! He is talking tons! He is eating by himself, it is a little messy, actually a lot messy, but he is so proud of himself. I feel like he is just growing up so fast!!

We are back!!

We had a great time in Houston. We got there Thursday night and went out to dinner. Friday we went and shopped and enjoyed the day. Saturday night we went to an Astro's game. It was Ford's first baseball game. He ate a footlong hotdog by himself and enjoyed a huge lollipop. Mimi and Grandpa spoiled him to death!! Here are some pictures from the trip.

Out of town!!

We are leaving for Houston tomorrow to see my parents!! I am so excited!! We plan to do a lot while we are there and it will be nice to have a extra day for the weekend. We went yesterday for Ford's fifteen month check-up. He weighs 28 lbs. and is in the 90% for height and weight. What a big boy!! He had to get his chicken pox vaccine. He cried so hard!!!! I felt so bad. He cried all the way out of the office. I tried so hard to calm him down. He would not let me put him down!! I enjoyed him stuck to me though. It was a very cuddly afternoon!!! I am posting some random pictures fron the last couple weeks. I will post pictures from our trip when we get back!! Enjoy!!

Back to Normal

I would say that the adjustment period for me going back to work for Ford is over. Now when I drop him off he says bye and waves to me. At first I was sad but atleast I know he is having fun!!! He just always seems to be learning! He blows us away. He copies everything you say and I cannot believe how much he loves books. He will sit in his little chair and pile books on his lap and just look at them for the longest time!! He is understading directions and most of the time follows them. He cna be a little stubborn. We are working on saying please when he wants something instead of damanding it. He has my temperment. He even rolls his eyes. I am not proud that he learned that form me!!! He is such a sweet boy and brings us so much joy!!!
